Leg of Lamb - Deboned and marinated

To oven roast it, cook it for roughly 30 minutes for every kilogram at 180 degrees. If you prefer to braai this piece of meat, you would need to do so over a medium heat for between 45 minutes and an hour. Depending on your choice of size, this should be sufficient for 8-10 people to enjoy.
