Fillet Wrapped with Bone Marrow

Simply the best selected 300g fillet steak wrapped with bone marrow for extra moisture and taste. This braai masterpiece has already been spiced with our secret seasoning for your convenience.

To cook this delicious masterpiece, braai it with the bone marrow facing the coals for roughly 25-30 minutes, rotating it often, then remove it from the foil and brown each meat side for roughly 5 minutes. Be careful not to expose it to flame, as this will burn the string keeping the structure together. You can grind a small amount of coarse salt over the marrow to taste. Serve and enjoy.
